STEELEVILLE, Isabel M Wolters, 83, of Steeleville, passed away at 9:50 P.M. Saturday, October 15, 2011, at her home in Steeleville, IL. She was born October 18, 1927 in Mifflin, Pennsylvania the daughter of Jess S. McKeehan and Mary (Rheam) McKeehan. Isabel married Martin H. Wolters on February 14, 1945 in Lewistown, PA. Martin passed away on February 28, 1997. She is survived by her son: Martin and Paula J. Wolters of Steeleville, IL; daughter: Lin Maasberg of Waterloo, IL; grandchildren: Sean M. Wolters, Jamie Lyon, Lindsay Theiss, and Kasey Lewis; great grandchildren: Dean Lyon and Adysen Lyon; sister: Mary Porrman of TX and Janet Dase of FL. Isabel is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and four sisters. Mrs. Wolters was retired form Gilster Mary- Lee Corp, Steeleville, IL. She was also a member of Peace Lutheran Church, Steeleville, IL, O.E.S. Chapter #758 Steeleville, and the V.F.W. Auxiliary Post #3553, Chester, IL. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Peace Lutheran Church in Steeleville. Rev. S. Blake Duncan will be officiating. Burial will be at Paradise Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville on Wednesday from 6-8 PM and then on Thursday from 7:30am to 9am then from 10 to 11am at the church.
