CUTLER - Ida O. Sneddon, 88, of Cutler passed away at 3:37 am, Friday, November 13, 2015 at the Three Springs Lodge in Chester. Ida was born on January 12, 1927, in Willisville, Illinois, the daughter of the late Charles D. Lybarger and Mary Hubler Lybarger. She married Manford "PeeWee" Sneddon of Cutler on April 16, 1946. He preceded her in death on April 25, 2010. To this union there was one daughter, Joann K. Sneddon Hatcher. Ida was a Homemaker. She belonged to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Willisville, Illinois and to the St. Joseph Altar Sodality. Ida is survived by her daughter, Joann of Cutler, IL; two grandchildren, Donald (Carol) Hatcher of Chester and Tina (David) Theobald of Steeleville; seven great grandchildren, Jessica (Adam) Graff of Ava, Nettie Conway of Marissa, IL, Kristi Perry of Marissa, Dustin Theobald of Steeleville, Kassee Theobald of Steeleville, Amanda (Jason) Wilderman of Belleville, IL and Edward (Dawn) Smith of Chester, IL; nine great great grandchildren, Kaylei Conway, Katelin Conway, Drew Wilderman, Gravin Wilderman, Isec Smith, Landen Perry, Payten Perry, Brayci Graff and Addison Jo Theobald; and several nieces and nephews, and many friends. Ida was also preceded in death by her parents; one son-in-law, Bob Hatcher; one granddaughter, Tami Henson Studt; four brothers, Clarence "Pete" Lybarger, Joe Lybarger, Lloyd "Dude" Lybarger and Truman McCrary; four sisters Florence Lybarger Welty, Lillian McCrary Northan, Dela McCrary, Irene McCrary Henson and Ruth Lybarger Oliver. Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 am, Monday, November 16, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Willisville with Father Leo J. Hayes officiating. Burial will follow at Percy Village Cemetery, Percy, Illinois. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Percy, where friends may call on Sunday from 6 pm until 8 pm then on Monday from 7:30 am until 10:00 am. Memorials may be given to St. Joseph Altar Sodality or Masses.
