WALSH, Hildagard Eggemeyer, 85, of Walsh, passed away at 9:10 P.M. Tuesday, May 12, 2009, at Belleville Memorial Hospital in Belleville, IL. She was born November 13, 1923 in Walsh, Illinois the daughter of Henry Wagner and Alice (Knop) Wagner. She married Raymond Eggemeyer on November 13, 1943 in Zion Lutheran Church. He passed away on November 1, 2007. Mrs. Eggemeyer worked as a homemaker in her own home and was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Walsh, IL. She was a charter member and 1st President of the Zion Lutheran Church Ladies Aid. Hilda is survived by her daughters: Sharon Eggemeyer of Sparta, IL, Brenda Harbaugh of Sparta, IL, Tammy and Dennis Grah of Ellis Grove, IL; thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren; sister: Lillie Busche of Steeleville, IL, brother: Andrew Wagner of Chester, IL, sister-in-law: Olinda Wagner of Chester, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and five sisters. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 18, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at Zion Lutheran Church in Walsh. Rev. Harold Weber will be officiating. Burial will be at Zion Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville on Sunday from 5-8 PM and then on Monday from 7:30 am to 8:15am then from 9- 10am at the church Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church General Fund or Zion Lutheran Cemetery Fund.
