MURPHYSBORO – Heather D. Ferguson, of Murphysboro, IL, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at her home in Murphysboro, Illinois.

Heather was born January 6, 1984, in Murphysboro, IL, to Edward D. and Robin L. (Garver) Taylor. Heather was a Health Information Director for Barnes Jewish Children's Hospital, St. Louis, MO. She was a member of the Elks Lodge #572, Murphysboro, IL. Heather loved to go jeep'in everywhere.

Heather is survived by her significant other, Keith Rendleman of Murphysboro, IL, sons: Collin E. Ferguson and Colten M. Ferguson, both of Murphysboro, IL; parents, Ed and Robin Taylor of Murphysboro, IL, siblings: Owen (Allyson Marley) Taylor of Murphysboro, IL, Timmy (Becky) Phillips of Tilden, IL, several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Heather is preceded in death by her grandparents.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, August 1, 2022, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava, IL, with Rev. Charles Allen officiating. Burial to follow at Crain Cemetery, Ava, IL. Friends may call Sunday, 3 – 8 pm, and Monday from 8 – 10 am, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava, IL.
