CUTLER - Harold D. Crum, 76, of Cutler, passed away at 1:50 am, Monday, October 8, 2012 at his home in Cutler. Harold was born in Harper, KS, on July 28, 1936, the son of Charles F. and Hazel Schwab Crum. He married Mae Darlene Lizotte on May 11, 1957 in Milwaukee, WS. She preceded him in death on July 7, 2012. He was a retired Project Manager/Field Superintendent for industrial construction. He was also a carpenter after retirement. Harold was an veteran of the Army having served during the Korean Conflict. He was of the Baptist Faith. Harold is survived by his children, Cindy (David) McDonald of Cutler, Connie (Mark) Mahnken of Perryville, MO, Jerry Crum of Cutler, Randy (Sundi) Crum of Hamburg, AR, and Darrell (Teri) Crum of Chester; 13 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and his brothers and sisters, Wayne "Bud" Crum of Cutler, Rhoda Medlam of Burrton, KS, Joseph Crum of Killeen, TX, Ralph Crum of Jerrell, TX, Mildred Moore of Haven, KS, and Wilma Hulda of Burrton, KS. Harold was also preceded in death by his parents; one son, Joseph M. Crum; and three brothers. Funeral service will be held at 10:30 am, Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at the Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville with Rev. Blu Berner officiating. Burial will follow at Paradise Cemetery in Steeleville. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, where friends may call from 5 to 8 pm Tuesday and on Wednesday from 7:30 am until the hour of service. Memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.
