PERCY – Glenda A. Reitz, 58, of Percy, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at her home in Percy, Illinois.

Glenda was born November 20, 1963, in Red Bud, IL, to William and Bernice (Doyle) Winkelman. Glenda was a Family Advocate for Head Start and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Willisville, IL. She enjoyed doing crafting and spending time with her family.

Glenda is survived by her siblings: Dan (Joyce) Reitz of Steeleville, IL, Rich Reitz (Kelly) of Steeleville, IL, Darryl (Phyllis) Winkelman of Steeleville, IL, Cheryl Haberberger of Chester, IL; and many nieces and nephews.

Glenda is preceded in death by her parents, her life partner, Gary Hunt, and one sister, Diana Farley.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, June 10, 2022, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, with Father Iheme Iuvenis officiating. Burial to follow at Paradise Cemetery, Steeleville. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, where friends may call from 6 - 8 pm, Thursday and on Friday, 7:30 – 10 am.
