CUTLER, Glen R. Oswald, 59, of Cutler, passed away at 7:02 P.M. Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at his home. He was born August 31, 1951 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of the late Elmer Oswald and Jessica (Corneau) Oswald. He was a dear father to Trevor Oswald of St. Louis, MO; dear brother to two sisters: Marilyn and Jack Nichols of St. Louis, MO, Sherry and Harold Mueller of St. Louis, MO; nephew: Steve and Denise Oswald; Niece: Tori and Merle Stanps; and many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Glen is preceded in death by his parents, one son: Jessie Oswald, two brothers Sonnie Oswald and Donald Oswald. Mr. Oswald was an honor Marine Vietnam Combat Veteran. He worked as a Welder. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. at Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville. Burial will be at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery in St. Louis, MO on Wednesday at 2:30 pm. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville on Tuesday from 5 to 7pm Memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans.
