JACOB, Georgia V. Bunselmeyer, 90, of Maryville, formerly of Jacob, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2014, at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, Illinois. She was born March 28, 1924 in Jacob, Illinois the daughter of Walter and Margaret E. (Schlimpert) Estel. Georgia was a homemaker. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church of Granite City, IL. She is survived by her daughter: Glenda M. Cox, Granite City, IL; Grandchildren: Amy Cox and Christopher (Janice) Bunselmeyer and Great Grandchildren: Tessa and Kendra Bunselmeyer. Georgia is preceded in death by her parents and 3 sisters: Ruby Brunkhorst, Ruth Schrader and Lillian Estel. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Christ Lutheran Cemetery, Gorham,IL with Rev. Mike Kettner officiating. Everyone is asked to meet at the cemetery. Memorials may be made to Christ Lutheran Church.
