PINCKNEYVILLE – Francine A. "Frani" Pierce, 78, of Pinckneyville, IL, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Pinckneyville Nursing and Rehab Center, Pinckneyville, Illinois.

Francine was born on December 29, 1946, in Ironton, MO, the daughter of John and Suzanne (Folliard) Pierce. Francine was a retired LPN for the Missouri Department of Corrections. She was baptized in the Catholic faith. Francine loved life and lived it the way she wanted to. She loved her family and extended family at Pinckneyville Nursing and Rehab Center.

Francine is survived by her mother, Suzanne Pierce of Pinckneyville, IL, her sister, Linda (Roy) Miller of Pinckneyville, IL, her brother, James R. (Debbie) Pierce of Caledonia, MO, her nephews: Chris Pierce, AJ Pierce; her nieces: Andra Ahne and Sara AJ Allan.

Francine was preceded in death by her father, John Pierce.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 1:00 pm, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, IL. Burial to follow at Paradise Cemetery, Steeleville, IL. Visitation will be Tuesday morning where friends may call from 11:00 am until the time of service. Memorials may be given to Perry County Humane Society and can be mailed to Wilson's Funeral Home, P.O. Box 217, Steeleville, IL 62288.
