STEELEVILLE - Evelyn Bradley, 87, of Steeleville, passed away at 12:30 am, Saturday, August 31, 2013 at her home in Steeleville. Evelyn was born on January 14, 1926 in Winkle, Illinois, the daughter of William H. and Leona E. Nelson Huffhine. She married Max W. Bradley on October 26, 1946 in Paducah, KY. He preceded her in death on October 18, 1993. Evelyn was a Homemaker and was a member of the Steeleville Baptist Church, Steeleville, Illinois. Evelyn is survived by her children, Fred (Debbie) Hammel of Ava, Neil (Bonnie) Bradley of Willisville, Clifford (Jean) Bradley of Steeleville, Steve Bradley of Steeleville, Mark (Gayla) Bradley of Steeleville, Susan (Jim) Brown of Steeleville and Sheila (Craig) Gray of Atlanta, GA; 21 grandchildren; 39 Great Grandchildren; 6 Great Great Grandchildren; and one brother, William (Pamela) Huffhine of Ava. Evelyn was also preceded in death by her Parents; One Son, Thomas Bruce Bradley; one grandson, Scott Bradley; one great granddaughter, Chelsie Nicole Brandon; and one sister, Suzann Weihl. Funeral service will be at 11:00 am, Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at the Steeleville Baptist Church, Steeleville with Rev. Trey Reid officiating. Burial will follow in Paradise Cemetery, Steeleville. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, where friends may call from 5 to 8 pm Monday and on Tuesday from 7:30 am until 9 am then from 10 to 11 am at the church. Memorials may be given to Hospice of Southern Illinois or Steeleville Baptist Church.
