STEELEVILLE - Esther E. Lunnemann, 88, of Steeleville, passed away at 6:30 pm, Saturday, October 31, 2015 at Three Springs Lodge in Chester. Esther was born on June 16, 1927, in Rice, Illinois, the daughter of the late Fred C. and Ethel M. Guy Lueker. She married Leonard J. "Bud" Lunnemann on April 15, 1950 at Pinckneyville, Illinois. He preceded her in death on May 7, 1983. Esther was a Homemaker. She was a member of the Peace Lutheran Church in Steeleville; Steeleville Senior Citizens and AARP. Esther is survived by two daughter, Inez Fiene of Steeleville and Jo-Lynn (Clark) Self of Steeleville; two grandsons, Aaron (Beth) Fiene of Steeleville and Nathan (Lori) Fiene of Steeleville; five great grandchildren, Alaina, Noah, Sophia, Parker and Gavin Fiene. Esther was also preceded in death by her Parents; one brother, Fred William Lueker of Pinckneyville; and her son-in-law, Kent Fiene. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville with Rev. S. Blake Duncan officiating. Burial will follow at Mueller Hill Cemetery in Pinckneyville, IL. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, where friends may call from 6 pm until 8 pm Tuesday and on Wednesday from 7:30 am until 11 am. Memorials may be given to the Three Springs Lodge Activity Fund.
