WILLISVILLE, Elda S. Duvardo, 91, of Willisville, passed away at 4:35 A.M. Sunday, September 26, 2010, at Three Springs Lodge in Chester, IL. Elda was born October 30, 1918 in Percy, Illinois the daughter of Henry Warhausen and Emma (Meier) Warhausen. Elda married John G. Duvardo on October 15, 1941 in Cape Girardeau, MO. He preceded her in death on September 24, 1992. Elda was a homemaker and was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church, Post Oak. Elda was survived by several nephews and nieces, whom include, Jerry Duvardo, Jeff Warhausen, and Bill Warhausen; several great nephews and nieces and several great great nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by Parents, two sisters, and two brothers. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at St. John's Lutheran Church in Post Oak with Rev. Kathryn Bielfeldt officiating. Burial will follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Post Oak. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville on Monday from 6 to 8 pm and on Tuesday from 7:30 am until 9 am and on Tuesday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Post Oak from 10 to 11 am. Memorials may be made to St. John's Cemetery Fund.
