PERCY, Eileen G. Rust, 95, of Percy, passed away at 1:25 A.M. Wednesday, March 11, 2009, at Memorial Hospital of Chester in Chester, IL. Eileen was born November 12, 1913 in Eminence, Missouri the daughter of Emerson Brewster and Stella Ray (Pouge) Brewster. Eileen married Wesley M. Patterson in 1929 at Eminence, MO. He preceded her in death on January 6, 1974. She then married Tom Rust in 1976 and preceded her in death in 1983. Eileen was a retired LPN. She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church in Percy and the Rebekah Lodge. She is survived by three children, Fay (Robert) Lueth of Steeleville, IL, Dane (Donna) Patterson of Sparta, IL, and Sue (Larry) Landry of Chattanooga, TN; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; two children, Wesley "Sonny" Patterson; and Mary Lou Clark; three sisters and three brothers. Funeral services will be held Friday, March 13, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville with Rev. Tom Foster officiating. Burial will follow at Cutler Cemetery in Cutler, IL. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville on Thursday from 6 to 8 pm and on Friday from 7:30 am until 11 am. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
