AVA, Edna Lange, 93, of Ava, passed away at 3:15 PM Thursday, January 14, 2016, at Three Springs Lodge in Chester, Illinois. She was born March 7, 1922 in Campbell Hill, Illinois the daughter of Albert Ferd and Margaret (Wahlman) Moehrs. Edna married Alvin Lange on September 14, 1946. He passed away on August 8, 1995

She was a Homemaker and a lifetime member St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Campbell Hill, Illinois.

She is survived by her children: Larry (Melissa) Lange, Ava, IL and Marilyn (Jim) Knop, Percy, IL; Grandchildren: Scott (Janice) Knop, Stacy (Greg) Richardson; Jordan Lange and Adison Lange; Great Grandchildren: Kaleb and Justine Knop and Peyton Richardson; Sister-in-law: Helen Moehrs, Sparta, IL and one Niece: Janet Rieckenberg, Campbell Hill, IL.

Edna is preceded in death by her parents and Brother, Clarence Moehrs.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 17, 2016 at 2:00 PM at St. Peter's Lutheran Church Campbell Hill, Illinois with Rev. Alan Kornacki officiating. Burial will follow at St. Peter Lutheran Cemetery, Campbell Hill, IL. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava, where friends may call on Saturday from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday from 7:30am until Noon, then from 1 to 2PM at the church. Memorials may be made to St. Peter's General Fund or Hospice of Southern Illinois.
