AVA, Edith B. "Tutu" Zimmerman, 91, of Ava, formerly of Keo, Arkansas, passed away at 2:52 AM Sunday, January 8, 2012, at Memorial Hospital of Chester in Chester, Illinois. She was born January 21, 1920 in Keo, Arkansas the daughter of Ruebe Richard and Era Lee (Crumpton) Blevins . Edith was a home health caregiver She was of the Methodist Faith. She is survived by her: 5 sons: Cleetus (Ellen) Sanders, Ava, IL,; Michael(Barb) Sanders,Rockwood , IL; Edward Stephen(Kimberly) Zimmerman,Ava, IL;Frank (Christine) Zimmerman, Little Rock, AR; and David Zimmerman, Arlington, TX and one daughter: Rebecca (Jeff) Blech,LaSalle, IL;16 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren. Edith is preceded in death by her parents, 11 Brothers and Sisters; 1 daughter-in-law, Sandra Sanders; 2 Grandsons, Michael Sanders and Edward Stephen Zimmerman and 1 Great Grandson, John Michael Dilday. Funeral services will be held at Little Rock Funeral Home in Little Rock, Arkansas on Sunday, January 15, 2012 at 2pm.. Burial will be at Keo Cemetery, Keo, AR, at 10am Monday, January 16, 2012. Visitation will be at Wilsons Funeral Home Ava on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and at Little Rock Funeral Home on Saturday January 14, 2012 from 6 to 8 PM. Memorials may be made to a Love Fund for the family.
