Obituary
Dorothy A. Bradley, 86, of Sparta passed away at 10:22 AM Saturday, June 18, 2016 at her residence in Sparta.
Dorothy was born on January 28, 1930 in Med Lochean, IL to Russell and Aleatha (McLaughlin) Mifflin. She married Jack E. Bradley on June 25, 1949 in Murphysboro, IL and he preceded her in death on July 13, 2008. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Sparta, and a member of the Business and Professional Woman's Club in Sparta.
Dorothy is survived by Kenneth and Darlene Bradley of KY, Debbie and David Mifflin of KY, and Cindy Mifflin of KY. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother; Charles R. Mifflin.
Graveside memorial services will be 10 AM Friday, June 24, 2016 at Caledoina Cemetery Sparta, with Rev. Marvin "Bud" Bennett officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Randolph County Humane Society. Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville is entrusted with the arrangements.
