PERCY, Doris K. Coleman, 83, of Percy, passed away at 11:20 A.M. Friday, March 12, 2010, at her home in Percy, IL. She was born September 02, 1926 in Murphysboro, Illinois the daughter of Rudy Woll and Evelyn (Griffin) Woll. Doris married Wendell E. Coleman on October 3, 1944 in Percy, Illinois. She is survived by her husband Wendell E. Coleman of Percy, IL; Children: Diane and Chuck Barnes of Chester, IL, Vicki and Bill Thien of Belleville, IL, Rev. Ronald and Connie Coleman of Chester, IL, Dawn Untch of Belleville, IL, Joyce and Mark Overton of Percy, IL, Scott and Mary Coleman of Percy, IL, adopted daughter: Farra Reyes Coleman of France; just like a son: Loyde Hyde of Percy, IL; twenty grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, one sister, and two great grandchildren. Mrs. Coleman was a member of Grace Ministries in Chester, Illinois. She also worked as a homemaker in her home. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 15, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Grace Ministries in Chester. Rev. Ron Coleman will be officiating. Burial will be at Percy Village Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Grace Ministries Church, Chester, Illinois on Sunday from 5-8 PM and then on Monday from 10 to 11am. Funeral Arrangements are under the Auspicies of Wilson's Funeral Home, Percy, Illinois. The preferred form of remembrance is to Grace Ministries Youth Department or Hospice of Southern Illinois
