JACOB – Donna Jean Collins, 82, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2023, at her home in Jacob, Illinois

Donna was born on July 20, 1941, in Canton, IL, the daughter of Jessel and Anna Wayne (Murphy) Kruzan. She married Jerry R. Collins. He preceded her in death on January 7, 2008. Donna retired from Gilster Mary-Lee, and was a member of First Baptist Church, Steeleville, IL.

Donna is survived by her children: Kathy (Ronnie) Guetersloh of Jacob, IL, Shawn (Melissa Cushman) Collins of Chester, IL; her grandchildren: Shelby Guetersloh, Paige (Sam Baumgarte) Guetersloh, Sydney Collins, Nicholas Collins; her great grandchildren; Karter, Ally, Maverick, Bristol; her siblings: William Kruzan of Jacksonville, IL, Delano Kruzan of Canton, IL, and Linda Timms of Florida.

Donna was also preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Joyce St. Clair and a brother, James Kruzan.

It was Donna's wishes for cremation and a burial at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Canton, IL, will be held at a later date.
