SPARTA - Donald C. Wiley, 77, of Sparta, passed away at 9:50 am, Saturday, October 1, 2011 at the Missouri-Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Donald was born January 18, 1934 in Jacksonville, IL to John B. and Minnie F. Shields Wiley. He was married to Margaret R. Wiley and she preceded him in death.
