CHESTER – Donald L. "Duck" Loucks, 68, of Chester, IL, passed away Monday, September 26, 2022, at Normandy Nursing Home, St. Louis, Missouri.

Donald was born May 26, 1954, in DuQuoin, IL, to Joseph M. and Dorothy M. (Shaw) Loucks. He was retired from Gilster Mary Lee, Steeleville. Donald was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed participating in washer tournaments, fishing, bowling, and spending time with family and friends.

Donald is survived by his siblings: Lyle D. Neville of Coulterville, IL, Brenda Neville of Coulterville, IL, James Loucks of Chester, IL, William Loucks of Chester, IL, Gerald Loucks of Percy, IL, and several nieces and nephews.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, October 5, 2022, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, IL, with Rev. Zachary Furlong officiating. Friends may call from 11 – 2 pm.
