PERCY, Delores May Wagner, 73, of Percy, passed away at 6:58 P.M. Sunday, October 26, 2008, at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro, IL. She was born March 11, 1935 in Kaskaskia, Illinois the daughter of Orval Young and Ethel (Smith) Young. Delores married George H. Wagner on August 25, 1952 in DuQuoin, Illinois. She is retired from the World Color Printing Press in Sparta, IL where, she worked in bindery. Mrs. Wagner is a member of the Denmark Baptist Church, Cutler, IL where she was also a deacon. She is survived by her husband George H. Wagner of Percy, IL; two sons: Charles (Charlotte) Wagner of Perryville, MO, Fred ( Margie) Wagner of Steeleville, IL, six grandchildren: Tammy Wagner, Bryan Wagner, Timothy Wagner, Jeff Wagner, Eric Caby, Stephanie Wagner; nine great grandchildren; brother: Roy Younger of OK; sisters: Doris Killman of Carbondale, IL, Marie Clark of Granite City, IL, Lucy Wittendorf of MS, Bobbie Lorrel of Vergennes, IL, Linda Allgood of Virden, IL, Sue Smith of Pinckneyville, IL She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Denmark Baptist Church in Cutler, IL. Rev. Lucas Dunn will be officiating. Burial will be at Paradise Cemetery in Steeleville, IL. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Percy on Tuesday from 5-8 PM and on Wednesday at Denmark Baptist Church, Cutler, IL from 9:00 to 10:00 am The preferred form of remembrance is to Denmark Baptist Church.
