PERCY, Delbert R."Satch" Biermann, 67, of Percy, passed away at 11:45 P.M. Wednesday, April 06, 2011, at Three Springs Lodge in Chester, IL. He was born August 31, 1943 in Murphysboro, Illinois the son of Edgar C. Biermann and Lydia (Oetjen) Biermann. He is survived by his daughters: Leslie Logan and Lori Biermann; grandson: Zachary Vuichard; granddaughter: Shelby Dempsey; great granddaughter: Kyleigh Vuichard; brother: Charles and Gloria Biermann of Salam, IL; Sister: JoAnn and Gary Potter and Janet Becker both of Percy. Delbert is preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, Hugh Becker. He was a retired Laborer and a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Steeleville, IL. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Steeleville. Rev. Dr. Alan W. Janneke will be officiating. Burial will be at Paradise Cemetery. Visitation will be held at St. Mark's Lutheran Church on Saturday from 10:30am until the hour of service Memorials may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church or Three Springs Lodge Recreation Fund.
