CUTLER - Deborah Helen Davis, 58, of Cutler, Illinois, passed away at 1:25 pm, Saturday, November 23, 2013 at the Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Deborah was born in El Paso, Texas, on March 23, 1955, the daughter of Robert and Diana Billings Sandy. She married Richard L. Davis on September 11, 2004 in Cutler, Illinois. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. Deborah is survived by her husband, Richard L. Davis of Cutler; her children, Jared, Steven, Lindsey, Larissa, Leslie, Kyla, and Bobby; seven grandchildren; two brothers, Bobby Sandy and Michael Sandy; three sisters, Lynnette, Katherine and Elaine. Deborah was preceded in death by her Parents. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Wilson's Funeral Home, Percy, Illinois. Burial will follow in Percy Village Cemetery in Percy. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Percy, where friends may call from 9 am to 11 am Tuesday. Memorials may be given to the Siteman Cancer Center.
