WILLISVILLE, Danny R. Nevins, 23, of Willisville, passed away at 8:23 P.M. Friday, July 04, 2008, at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro, IL. He was born August 15, 1984 in Pinckneyville, IL, the son of Tommy Nevins and Melba Church. Danny is survived by one son and his mother, Tye Nevins and Jessica Bayer of Willisville, IL; his mother and stepfather, Melba and Karl Nesbit of Willisville; two sisters, Amy (Ryan) Karabec of Steeleville and Patsy (Chris) Pelate of Willisville; girlfriend, Theresa Compton of Willisville; grandparents, Allen and Patsy Nesbit of Willisville and Jim and Francis Nevins of Bridgeton, IN; nieces, Brandy, Shelby, Gabby, Halie, Morgan and Haylie; nephews, Anthony, Tipen and Jaden. He was preceded in death by his father, Tom R. Nevins; grandparents, Floyd and Nelline Church; great grandparents, Rev. Albert & Allie Smith, Dewy and Anna Church, Lawrence and Cora Bigham. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Central Baptist Church in Willisville with Rev. Willis Durbin officiating. Burial will follow at Cutler Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Percy on Monday from 4 to 8 pm and on Tuesday from 7:30 am until Noon and on Tuesday from 1 to 2 pm at Central Baptist Church, Willisville.
