CAMPBELL HILL, Cynthia S. Schatte, 63, of Campbell Hill, passed away at 5:50am on December 31, 2015 at her home in Campbell Hill. She was born July 11, 1952 in Murphysboro, Illinois the daughter of Leslie C. and Violet (Quillman) Clinton. Cynthia married Allen D. Schatte on April 19, 1975 at Ava, IL Allen passed away on September 1, 2014.

Cynthia was a Homemaker and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Post Oak.

She is survived by her sons: James (Stacy) Schatte of Campbell Hill and John (Amanda) Schatte of Chester, IL; Granddaughters: McKenzie Schatte, Breanna Schatte and Lilly Sickling and 2 Brothers: Carl (Jean) Clinton of Ava, IL and Bill Clinton of Gravette, AR.

Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Calvary Cemetery Campbell Hill, Illinois with Rev. Laura Kamprath officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Family and Friends are asked to meet at the Cemetery at 10:30am. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
