STEELEVILLE – Colleen S. Bennett, 51, of Steeleville passed away at 6:43 PM, Monday, June 24, 2019, in Steeleville.

Colleen was born on May 23, 1968, in Sparta, the daughter of William and Nova Faye (Aldridge) Selle. She married Ben W. Bennett, on June 22, 2002, in Caledonia, Missouri, and she was of the Baptist faith.

Colleen is survived by her husband; Ben W. Bennett, of Steeleville, daughter; Rachel Young, of Sedreckville, Missouri 2 brothers; Bill Selle, Shane Gannon, and 1 sister; Gail Gannon, all of Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Colleen was preceded in death by her parents, and 1 son; Christian Young.

It was Colleen's wishes for cremation and there will be a private family memorial service at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville is assisting the family with the arrangements.
