AVA, Clyde Joseph Taylor, 69, of Ava, passed away at 8:00 A.M. Saturday, July 24, 2010, at St. Joseph Memorial Hospital in Murphysboro, IL. He was born November 30, 1940 in Litchfield, Illinois the son of Joseph Taylor and Irene (McAnarney) Taylor. He is survived by his three sisters: Rita Smith of Ava, IL, Judy Ann Taylor of Dallas, TX, Delores Taylor of Murphysboro, IL; half brother: Darrel Fisher of Springdale, Ark.; five nieces, three nephews, eight great nieces, seven great nephews, six great great nephews and one great great niece. Clyde is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Clinton Taylor. He work as a Laborer on the farm. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Ava Evergreen Cemetery in Ava. Pastor Darrell Nearthery will be officiating. Burial will be at Ava Evergreen Cemetery. Arrangements are under the Auspicies of Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava, IL. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
