MURPHYSBORO - Clifford A. Reiman, 68, of Murphysboro, passed away at12:32 P.M. Friday, July 04, 2008, at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale in Carbondale, IL. Clifford was born March 13, 1940 in Murphysboro, Illinois, the son of Rudolph E. Reiman and Jessie May (King) Reiman. He married Nevlyn Smith on June 19, 1960 in Pleasant Hill Christian Church in Murphsyboro, IL. Clifford was formerly employed by W.R. Grace and Co., and Twin County Service Co. He was a member of the Pleasant Hill Christian Church in Muprhysboro. Clilfford was presently a deacon at Pleasant Hill Christian church and Sunday School Superintendent for 8 years. Clifford was a very humble man, he enjoyed helping people and never expected anything in return. He enjoyed taking pictures and gardening. He was a huge Nascar fan and loved to travel and was very civic minded for church and community. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Clifford is survived by his wife Nevlyn Reiman of Murphsyboro; one son, Dale (Debbie) Reiman of Ormond Beach, FL; one daughter, Regina (Steve) Graff of Carterville, IL; two grandchildren, Amanda Graff and Heather Reiman; one brother, Wayne D. (Arscele) Reiman of Murphsyboro; and one sister, Bernadine Schnaare of Murphsyboro, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother: Troy. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 7, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Pleasant Hill Christian Church in Murphysboro with Rev. Jason Brandon, Rev. Bob Miller and Dan Mileur officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasent Hill Christian Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava on Sunday from 5 to 8 pm and on Monday at from 7:30 am until 1:30 pm.
