PERCY, Clarence Walter Hall, 77, of Percy, passed away at 10:14 AM Monday, May 12, 2014, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Belleville, Illinois. He was born August 12, 1936 in Granite City, Illinois the son of Denzal and Dorothy (Johnson) Hall. Mr. Hall's wishes were for cremation and there will be no public services. A private interment will follow at a later date.
