CUTLER, Charles E. Illig, 70, of Cutler, passed away at 11:14 PM Saturday, November 22, 2014, at his home in Cutler, Illinois. He was born February 17, 1944 in Cutler, Illinois the son of Henry D. and Myrtle (Morgan) Illig. Charles married Peggy Fillinger on December 18, 1994. She passed away on January 28, 2000. Charles was a retired Siding Applicator. He is survived by his: sons: Don (Mary) Illig, Dupo, IL; Chuck Illig, Ruskin, FL and Calvin Illig, Steeleville, IL; Grandchildren: Kaitlyn Illig, Jamie Illig, Jack Illig, Hunter Illig, Charles Illig and Bradley Illig; Brother, Clarence Illig, Union City, TN; Sisters: Betty Barrows, Sparta, IL; Linda Jacquez, Percy, IL and Mary Ann Dobyns, Cutler, IL. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, 1 infant sister and 3 brothers. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Wilson's Funeral Home Steeleville, Illinois with Rev Johny Hollingworth officiating. Burial will follow at Cutler Cemetery, Cutler, IL. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, where friends may call on Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday from 7:30AM to 11AM.
