AVA – Carrie Morgan, 81, of Ava, passed away at 4:51 pm, Friday, January 11, 2019, at Sparta Community Hospital in Sparta.
Carrie was born in Pinckneyville, Illinois, on December 28, 1937, the daughter of Herbert and Blanche Donahue Jones. She married Clifford L. Morgan on November 28, 1958 in Ava, Illinois. She was a Homemaker and a member of Jehovah's Witness.
Carrie is survived by her husband, Clifford Morgan of Ava; children, Janet Lindwedel of Ava, Matthew Morgan of Hartsville, AL, Rita Dagner of Murphysboro, Angie Phoenix of Ava, and Stacey McManus of Millstadt; 15 grandchildren; and 14 great great grandchildren.
Carrie was preceded in death by her Parents; five sisters; and four brothers.
It was Carrie's wishes to be cremated.
