Obituary
PERCY – Carol J. Rapp, 84, of Percy, passed away at 8:50 am, Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the Perry County Memorial Hospital in Perryville, Missouri.
Carol was born in Steeleville, IL on March 4, 1932, the daughter of Edward and Dorothy Deppe Meyerhoff. She married Pat Rapp, Jr. on June 14, 1953 at Steeleville. He preceded her in death on February 16, 1990. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Bethel Reformed Presbyterian Church in Sparta, Illinois.
Carol is survived by three daughters, Pat (Keith) Boyce of Cutler, IL, Cheryl (Jerry) Arndt of Willisville, IL and Leigh Ann (Bryan) Froemling of Campbell Hill, IL; seven grandchildren, Daniel (Nikki) Boyce, Jessica (Michael) Fleenor, Melissa (Shawn) Willis, Steven Arndt, Mechelle (Matthew) Hornbostel, Kristine (Ryan) Heiman and Dennis Froemling; 8 great grandchildren; one sister, Barbara (Arthur) DesRocher of Sparta; one brother, Roger (Ethel) Meyerhoff of Arrington, TN; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Carol was also preceded in death by her Parents.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Bethel Reformed Presbyterian Church in Sparta with Rev. Curt Rabe officiating. Burial will follow at Paradise Cemetery in Steeleville. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Percy, where friends may call from 6 pm until 8 pm Wednesday and on Thursday from 7:30 am until 9 am then from 10 am until 11 am at the church. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or the Bethel Reformed Presbyterian Church, Sparta.
