Carol Jean Driver's Obituary
STEELEVILLE, Carol Jean Driver, 63, beloved mother and mimi, passed away April 18, 2016 after a brief and quick battle with lung cancer. She is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Alberta Davis; brother, Carl Davis Jr, and her husband, Henry Driver.
She was a longtime resident of Norfolk, VA before moving back to her hometown area of Steeleville, Illinois. She co-owned Henry Driver Landscaping with her late husband for many years before retiring. She enjoyed working outside and having a garden. She also enjoyed going to the casino, playing yatzee, bunco and watching NCIS.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Tina Vance and husband Ron Big Sexy; son, DavidRosenow Jr.; grandchildren, Megan, Chesney, Madison, Cody, and Sophia; sisters, Betty Middendorf, Alice James, and Cathy (Roger) Cole; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at the Wilson's Funeral Home in Steeleville on Friday, April 22, 2016 where friends may call from 6 to 8pm.
