Murphysboro – Bruce A. Clover, 61, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at Barnes Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri.

Bruce was born on January 11, 1963, in Murphysboro, the son of Jimmy and Jacqualine (Huppert) Clover. He married Connie Simmons. She preceded him in death. Bruce was an Owner/Operator OTR Truck Driver.

Bruce is survived by his mother, Jacqualine Clover of Murphysboro, IL, his brother, Stephen Clover of Murphysboro, IL, many nieces, cousins, and a special friend, Brenda Taylor and her family of Murphysboro, IL.

Bruce was also preceded in death by his father and a brother, Scott Clover.

Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, 6:00 pm, at Wilson's Funeral Home, Ava, IL, with Rev. Robert Spangler officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Boucher Cemetery, Murphysboro, IL. Friends may call from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
