WILLISVILLE – Brenda L. Vogel, 76, passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at her home in Willisville, Illinois.

Brenda was born on July 17, 1948, in Willisville, IL, the daughter of Richard and Mildred (Cornehlson) Edwards. She married Norman E. Vogel on July 24, 1971, in Coulterville, IL. Brenda was a member of United Community Church, Campbell Hill, IL, and a Homemaker.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Norman E. Vogel of Willisville, IL, her children: Randy (Madina) Vogel of Steeleville, IL, Lisa (Jim) Lloyd of Ava, IL, Sonia Vogel of Cutler, IL, Derrick (Crystal) Vogel of Willisville, IL, Steven Vogel of Willisville, IL; her 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, her siblings: Beverly Hoskin of Willisville, IL and Brian Edwards of Willisville, IL.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held Friday, March 21, 2025, at 11:00 am, at New Hope Church, Willisville, IL, with Rev. Sam Higgerson officiating. Burial to follow at New Hope Gardens Cemetery, Willisville, IL.  Visitation will be Friday morning, where friends may call from 10:00 until time of service at the church. Memorials may be given to a Love Fund for the Family and can be mailed to Wilson's Funeral Home, P.O. Box 217, Steeleville, IL.
