WILLISVILLE – Blanche E. Henson, 77, of Willisville, passed away at 12:05 pm, Monday, July 24, 2017 at Sparta Community Hospital in Sparta, Illinois.
Blanche was born in Sesser, Illinois, June 11, 1940, the daughter of Curtis and Rachel Rebuffoni. She married Clifford E. Henson on September 10, 1960 at Willisville. She was the retired Village Clerk for Willisville. Blanche is a member of Central Baptist Church, Willisville; Willisville Senior Citizens; and a former member of W.W.O.
Blanche is survived by her husband, Clifford E. Henson of Willisville; one daughter, Carol Evans of Willisville; one son, Ronald E. Henson of Levean, AZ; two grandchildren, Jerry Rice, Jr. and Brandi Rice; six great grandchildren; one brother, Dan Eubanks of Carlyle, IL; two sisters, Linda Upton of Benton, IL and Marlene Hensley of DuQuoin, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
Blanche was preceded in death by her Parents and one brother, Curtis Lee Eubanks.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, Thursday, July 27, 2017 at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, with Rev. Cletus Zimmerman officiating. Burial will follow at Looney Springs Cemetery, Campbell Hill. Visitation will be at Wilson's Funeral Home, Steeleville, where friends may call from 11 am until 1pm. Memorials may be given to St. Jude's Children Hospital or the Masonic Children's Home.
