AVA – Belle Ann Jordan, 82, died at home on July 30, 2020, surrounded by family.  She was born on February 25, 1938 in Cora, Illinois, to Clarence and Bessie (Browder) Donnell.  Belle married Donald Lee Jordan on October 28, 1954, in Hernando, Mississippi.

Belle dearly loved all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and was always ready to play a game or have a water gun fight.  She also loved to fish and roam the hills and hollows of southern Illinois hunting mushrooms.

Belle is survived by three sons - Pete, Jerry (Nancy), and Monte (Missy): five grandsons, three granddaughters, nine great-grandchildren, two sisters, and many, many, nieces and nephews.

Belle was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-one years, Donald, on November 14, 2015, both parents, three sisters, and two infant grandchildren.

The family will hold a memorial and interment at a later date.  It was her wish to be cremated.  Special thanks to Dr. Floyd and all the nurses at the infusion center for the wonderful care they provided.  Thank you also to Bethany for her loving care.
