WILLISVILLE – Allen C. Morgenthaler, 90, of Apopka, Florida, and formerly of Willisville passed away on Friday, March 1, 2019, at Spring Hills, in Lake Mary, Florida.

Allen was born on April 9, 1928, in Riverview Gardens, Missouri, the son of Elmer and Emma (Snider) Morgenthaler. He married Rose Saverino, and she preceded him in death on April 4, 2015.

Allen is survived by his son; Mike (Mona) Morgenthaler, of Springdale, Arkansas, and daughter; Roxane Cobia, of Apopka, Florida, and 4 grandchildren.

Mr. Morgenthaler was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral mass will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, March 11, 2019, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Willisville, with Father Leo Hayes officiating, burial will follow in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday morning at the church where friends may call from 10 AM to 10:30 AM. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Wilson's Funeral Home in Ava is assisting the family with the arrangements.
