CAMPBELL HILL - Allen D. Misselhorn, 89, of Campbell Hill passed away at 9:25 PM, Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at the Randolph County Care Center, Sparta.

Allen was born on April 21, 1929, in Campbell Hill, the son of Fritz and Rose Anna (Petrowske) Misselhorn. Allen was in the U.S. Army during the Koran Conflict, and then worked for Ameren for many years and retiring from there. Allen was a member of the St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Campbell Hill.

Allen is survived by his brother; Paul Misselhorn, of Peoria, Illinois, 2 sister-in-laws; JoAnn Misselhorn, of Peoria, Illinois, Helen Misselhorn, of Sparta, and he is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Misselhorn was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister; LaVerne Rednour, 1 brother; Emil Misselhorn.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at the St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Campbell Hill, with Minister Deb Rathert officiating, burial will follow in the St. Luke's Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday at the church where friends may call from 1 to 2 PM. Memorials may be made to the St. Luke's Lutheran Church or the Randolph County Care Center. Wilson's Funeral Home in Ava is assisting the family with the arrangements.
